Stroke judicial review

Two applications were made for a judicial review following the decision by the Joint Committee of Clinical Commissioning Groups for the Kent and Medway Stroke Services Review to establish hyper acute stroke units at Darety Valley, Maidstone and William Harvey Hopsitals.

The judicial review was heard in court between 3 and 5 December 2019.  The judgement was ‘handed down’ in court by the judge on 21 February 2019.
