The decision making business case

The decision making business case (DMBC) for the review of urgent stroke services in Kent and Medway formed the basis of the discussions at the meeting. The DMBC helped the committee decide whether to progress with the recommended preferred option of implementing hyper acute and acute stroke units at Maidstone, Darent Valley and William Harvey hospitals.
