Between October 2016 and December 2016 the STP Programme Board ran a survey of residents across Kent and Medway to help gather the views of service users and local people. The survey followed a series of public focus groups held across east Kent, and preceded the listening events held in February and March 2017. Over 1900 people completed the survey which asked questions about keeping people well and various aspects of local care. The independent social research agency Woodnewton was commissioned in April 2017 to analyse and report on the findings from the public survey. The results provide us with lots of helpful feedback to inform our work going forward. Below you can see the final report on the survey findings, and two presentation detailing the survey responses and the survey responses combined with other engagement feedback.
