We’re pleased to announce further dates for our series of listening events:

We are holding the series of events to find out your views and answer questions about how best to redesign your local NHS and social care services and how to make better use of our hospitals. These events are for members of the public – the users of local health and social care services.
The events will also give people a chance to:
- understand how GP practices are planning on working together across local areas and what difference it will make to patients
- hear about improvements in care being provided by GP practices and a wider teams of professionals to support the frailest patients with complex needs both in and out of hospital
- hear about the challenges faced by the hospital and their thinking around emergency treatment, stroke, and planned care for orthopaedics (hip and knees)
There will be information about the wider plans for transforming health and social care services across Kent and Medway as part of the Kent and Medway Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP).
Each event will have representatives from the local NHS, social care and public health teams to answer your questions.
We have tried to run events at different times and in a wide spread of locations across the county in the hope that they are accessible for those that are working as well as those that are not. However if you are unable to attend one of our listening events there are other ways to tell us what you think.
