The Programme Board

The Kent and Medway STP Programme Board is an advisory board with a non-affiliated Chair.  This means the Chair is not tied to any single NHS or local authority organisation and can ensure the Board works across organisational boundaries for the good of the whole Kent and Medway population.  The Programme Board’s membership includes the chief executives and most senior clinicians and leaders of Kent and Medway’s NHS, public health and social care services.  The Board oversees a work programme and advises local health and care commissioners, whose role it is to plan and decide the future pattern of services across Kent and Medway.
